The renovation of Arsenalna Square and its transformation into a modern creative space became a key milestone in the large-scale revitalization project of the Arsenal Factory territory.
This historic location has preserved the spirit of the past but has gained new life thanks to a harmonious combination of architectural heritage and modern solutions.

A New Standard of Space

A-Station is a unique example of the symbiosis of business, culture, and public space.
An area that was once a transit zone has now become a place for leisure, meetings, and inspiration.
The 18th-century historical buildings — such as the military commandant’s office with the St. Nicholas Gates — have been carefully restored, preserving their authentic appearance.

Green squares have been created around them, and a modern plaza with fountains has appeared nearby, which immediately became one of Kyiv’s favorite meeting spots.
Within the old walls, new meanings have emerged — one of the country’s most impressive and largest coworking spaces, Creative States, opened here, becoming home to over 2,000 innovative residents.

It was here, in 2020, that the iconic Kyiv Food Market by Alex Cooper and Mykhailo Beilin opened its doors, later joined by more than 15 restaurants.

‍

Today, the project continues to grow, with new residents and new functions soon to come.
What remains unchanged is the meticulous work of rethinking and carefully preserving the historical heritage of this place — weaving it into the modern life of the city as a true crossroads of directions and eras, where everyone has a chance to connect with the history of Kyiv.
